About this website

This is an independent, community-run website covering archery in Punjab, India. It is not the official website of, nor managed by, the Punjab Archery Association. It is maintained by volunteers from the Punjab archery community to share news, results, and event information.

What we collect

This site collects as little as possible:

• Contact form messages. If you write to us, we store the name, email address, topic, and message you submit so we can reply. To prevent automated abuse, the network (IP) address a message was sent from may also be recorded.
• A session cookie. A single technical cookie supports the security of the contact form and the site's editor login. It is not used to track you and holds no personal information.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (pages requested, IP address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

The site uses no analytics services, no advertising, and no social-media trackers.

How long we keep messages

Contact messages are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received. If you would like a message removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.

Third-party services

• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive the technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to deliver the font files. See Google's privacy policy.
• Email. When a contact message triggers a notification email, that email travels through our email provider like ordinary correspondence.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.
• We do not use your contact details for anything other than replying to you.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children beyond what a contact message contains.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete anything you have submitted through the site. Write to archerysolution@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If the site's data practices change — for example, if analytics are ever added — this page will be updated first, with a new "last updated" date at the top.
